EasyMerch: a platform for FMCG process automation

I develop the interface of a B2B product in the FMCG and retail industry. I’ve gained deep expertise in retail workflows: reporting, product recognition on shelves, key metrics calculation, and performance analytics. I conducted a full system audit, created a design system from scratch, participated in the company’s rebranding, and much more.

SPORTIX: Platform for athletes

I designed a web service from scratch for organizing and participating in sports tournaments. Within a few months of intensive work, I built a functional MVP and designed the core user flows — from tournament creation to participation. The platform is already live and available to explore.

CHAMP: an ecosystem for sports and esports

I designed an app that helps athletes rent venues, participate in tournaments, find coaches, and more. In just a few months, I created the MVP of the application and prepared a presentation for investors.

ERP system for the Akzhol Party (Kazakhstan)

Together with the team, we developed an internal service in the form of a web portal and mobile application for managing the party’s operations across Kazakhstan. We immersed ourselves in both internal and external workflows, including document management processes. The party actively uses the system in its daily operations today.

Brand identity and website for the DIVA dance school

I developed the brand identity and website for the studio, as well as two merchandise collections for the dance team.
